Workout Buddy!!
So I always have a hard time staying motivated. And so does my friend Morgan. I want to lose 80 lbs and she wants to lose 70. We're trying to make working out fun this time and also hold each other accountable. And that's what we're going to do. The first picture is our jars that have pebbles representing each pound we want to lose. When we've lost it, we move it to the other jar. The second picture is hung up in our kitchen and it's the rules we put in place for ourselves-that way we can't forget! WE CAN DO THIS AND SO CAN YOU!!!
NEW WEIGHT LOSS CRAFTS!!
Hi! Long time no post, but look what I made last night!!! My 8 month goal and how much weight I want to lose each month in order to be my goal weight by Halloween. The second one is a way to motivate myself and actually STAY motivated. I'm going to get those rewards when I lose that amount of weight. I'm excited to start this lifestyle...again. #weightlosscrafts
