December 5

Well, I still suck at losing weight. I went home from Thanksgiving weighing around 232 and game back to school around 240. I suck. The past two days have been really good though. Baby steps. I've been using My Fitness Pal again and hopefully I stick with it. It really helps me monitor what I eat.

Yesterday I had a really good workout. I did:
Elliptical 15 minutes, 200 cal (Resistance 8-12, 2 min intervals)
Stationary Bike 15 min, 150 cal (Resistance 10)
Chest (75 for 1) and Tris (60 or 70 lbs I think)
Leg Press (260 lbs quick reps)

I'm feeling it today, but it feels amazing.

Time for bed! Let's hope I stay on track this weekend.
