Today was the first day of my new determination to become the person I want to be!
I'm not sure how many calories I ate today because I was still in my old habits but I burned 700 calories at the gym. I focused only on cardio so tomorrow I will make sure to do arms and abs as well.
I'm excited to stay on track this time...I only have 14 days until my boyfriend sees me for the first time in over a month so I have to look good :)
