I ALREADY have forgotten to post on this everyday. Never again! I have to keep up with this blog. I have to stay motivated!
NEW MONTH!! I'm going to start it off right. Countdown until I see my boyfriend: 8 days after today. I need to finish toning up and get as light as possible before he gets here.
I'm SO sore right now and I love it! I went to zumba and then did another ab workout and arms in my dorm room. I ate 1416 calories today and I burned approx. 530 calories.
I know I'm supposed to weight in on Mondays and I did and am only down to 184.4 because I haven't dedicated myself completely to this yet, BUT I AM NOW!
Here's some motivation to get fit for the beginning of October... I CAN DO THIS :)
