September 24th

Happy Tuesday!

I woke up late today because I couldn't fall asleep until 4:30 last night and I didn't have class until noon.

Meals Today:
Breakfast- 180cal protein bar & 60 cal cheese stick
Lunch-Turkey and Ham flatbread with american cheese, lettuce and chipotle ranch
Dinner- 0% fat greek yogurt w/ lowfat granola and blueberries
Snack-

Today's Workout:
CIRCUIT TRAINING!
5 min treadmill
5 min overhead press/rower
3 min treadmill
3 min squats (95lbs)
3 min treadmill
3 min lat pulldown/bicep curls
3 min treadmil
3 minute abs
Strech

Unofficial weigh-in today was 199 (I think-I was half asleep)

YAY FOR ANOTHER GOOD DAY!


Well I can't sleep...

...so I thought I'd post this picture to motivate myself. The one on the left was from junior year (I think) and the one on the right was me at my lowest right after I graduated high school. 

I need to get back on track. The healthy way.

SEPTEMBER/OCT 2013 GOALS!

TIME TO GET FIT!

Plus, I can't wait to look sexy for my boyfriend ;)

Starting Weight: 201 (Sept. 23)
Goal Weight by Oct 31: 185

I'm going to try to lose about 3 pounds a week.

I see my boyfriend October 4th so I want to be almost 195 by then.
I see him again on October 17th, so I'd like to be about 190.

If I get to 185 by 10/31, I'll go out and enjoy myself on Halloween for the first time in a long time. 


end of day 1

So since I haven't posted since this morning, I figured I'd update.
My first test today was easy; second one not so much. For lunch I had a turkey and bacon flatbread with american cheese, lettuce, and chipotle ranch. It wasn't the healthiest, but it was yummmy. Once I finished my classes I took a 3 hour nap :). Before my night class I had a 180cal protein bar and some water. After my class I played just dance with my roomies and got super sweaty, which is kind of embarrassing. Anyway, I had to go to a ceremony for a club I'm in and then came back to finish my homework with a bag of lightly buttered popcorn with old bay seasoning.

I've realized that there are small things that I can do everyday in order to get healthier. Today, I was dedicated to taking the stairs. I took them up and down every class and every time to my apartment (5th floor!), except for when I was wearing 4 inch heels-not trying to die.

The moral of today is that I'm proud of myself and if everyday was like today I will reach my goals in no time. Speaking of goals... I think I need a new post ;)

September 23rd

Rise and Shine!!!

I woke up and weighed in at 201.3. I've been weighing myself what seems like every 5 seconds but I'm not going to do that anymore; only Mondays. I had to wake up at 8am after only 3 hours of sleep, so I'm dead. I'll post again after my classes and a nap 😉

For breakfast I had 0% fat Greek yogurt with granola and blueberries. 

NEW new beginning

Well considering I haven't posted or even looked at this blog in almost a year, it's not surprising that I've gained even more weight back. I now weigh 203 lb. Here's to trying again! Tomorrow is a new beginning for me!
