So since I haven't posted since this morning, I figured I'd update.
My first test today was easy; second one not so much. For lunch I had a turkey and bacon flatbread with american cheese, lettuce, and chipotle ranch. It wasn't the healthiest, but it was yummmy. Once I finished my classes I took a 3 hour nap :). Before my night class I had a 180cal protein bar and some water. After my class I played just dance with my roomies and got super sweaty, which is kind of embarrassing. Anyway, I had to go to a ceremony for a club I'm in and then came back to finish my homework with a bag of lightly buttered popcorn with old bay seasoning.
I've realized that there are small things that I can do everyday in order to get healthier. Today, I was dedicated to taking the stairs. I took them up and down every class and every time to my apartment (5th floor!), except for when I was wearing 4 inch heels-not trying to die.
The moral of today is that I'm proud of myself and if everyday was like today I will reach my goals in no time. Speaking of goals... I think I need a new post ;)
