A quick workout..

...is better then no workout. 

I ate pretty good today (could've been better but it's improvement). I was planning on going to the gym but I was so tired so I took a nap. But when I woke up I had a little over 20 min so I did a Bob Harper workout really quick. Like I said, a quick workout is better then no workout. Goodnight!!
